Seems like you are right on track. I assume you have stuff out that could be accepted after the first of the year giving you a running start on 2009.
I'm two sales shy of reaching goal this year and the lack of productivity since September means I barely have two dozen submissions currently in editors' hands. Even if they all sell, that's not much of a start to the new year.
