Flash fiction

Yesterday Carol Kilgore discussed repetitious sentence construction in her blog post "Wake Up Your Writing" at UnderTheTikiHut.blogspot.com. Earlier today I replied with an example and then realized I'd unintentionally written a bit of flash fiction.

Here it is:

She went to the store. She bought eggs. She bought rat poison. She went home. She prepared her husband's breakfast.

I still love this, even reading it the second time. Even if all the sentences are alike.
